MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR COACH AND GENERAL VOLUNTEERING FOR YOUTH SPORTS

If you would like to volunteer as a coach or volunteer in any capacity, please see forms for an application and follow the clearance steps below and submit to your organization.

4 Required Steps for Coaches and anyone with continual or direct youth contact:
(clearances info is good for 5 years and every year a signed disclosure form is needed) 

Step1:
PA State Police Criminal Record Check:

Step2:
PA Child Abuse Clearance:

Create New Account (if a first time user)
Individual Log on (if reprinting or renewing clearance)
Clearance will be delivered by mail and later available online. 

Step3:
FBI Clearance only if required for your individual situation per PA regulations, if you have lives in PA Less Than 10 years.
